Web Designer Not Showing New Process Screen

Hi,

 

After I click K2 Web Designer from list settings in SharePoint, all I get is a new page with the K2 Web Designer as a title and no options to create a new process or edit a process which I would expect from looking at the documentation.

Any ideas?

    You can try deactivating and reactivating the Web designer. if no luck what version of BlackPearl are you running?
