Web Designer fails to deploy email content as described in the Send Email wizard
 

Diagnoses

We have try several different approaches and each as failed to deliver the expected results.
Please see attached word doc for image of the issue. The first image is after saving the wizard and reopening to confirm that the edits are there. The second image is after deploying through the web designer menu and reopening after successful deployment.

Resolution

Please use the "Load HTML Template" feature, similarly to:
