+1We are using Nintex with SharePoint 2010 and sharepoint 2013-Microsoft is going to retire basic authentication,will it cause any impact in nintex workflows.I’m thinking this will be affected by this change,Kindly provide suggestion.

No, We don't use exchange online.
We are sending mail notifications to users using "Send Notification" control. We don't use any custom control in Nintex workflow to send mails. In this case, could you please confirm that there will not be any impact because of the Microsoft change.
