Views in sub categories aren't available for add
 

Diagnoses


I have a List that makes use of a reusable view I have created in a separate category. I am not able to see the view when I try to add it. I have to enable other objects before the view shows up. It seems that if there are no view in the category being expanded, the sub categories aren’t displayed either. Video attached.
 

Resolution

Issue logged as a bug that seems to be related to the filtering options in K2 Designer.

An important item to note is that there is a workaround for this issue. When the list of other Views and SmartObjects are not available you can remedy this by selecting another category from the Show option at the bottom of the categories list.
