View process instance without seeing process instance data
+1We have a process that allows managers to add comments on a smartform during the approval process. We want to allow the originator to view the status of their process instance in the workspace but not see the comments contained in the process instance data. Is there any way to do that?

Check the Hidden Field option on the comment field (no one will be able to view it from Workspace).

+1If I set it as hidden then nobody will be able to see it. I want it visible for managers if they need to go back and audit something, but not for the originator.
