Hi all,
Many customers have this requirements: they want to view the completed form, to view the data in the form format, not through K2Workspace; Also, a participate person but not a destination user want to view the form too.
Is there good way to realize this function? thanks.

this also meets 100% our requirements. I do not have a solution for this but perhaps just a few ideas:
A:
- build a "display only" page that is the form in view only mode
- build your own custom reports, and for each pi link to this "display only" page with the wf id or the sn as querystring
B:
- perfect would be having this link in the workspace of k2, but I doubt that it is possible to change that much the "process instance display" report
