Dear users,
I am developing an approval process where two board members have the possibility to accept, reject or request an expert opinion (request review) in parallel flexi tasks.
The choice, which experts to query for the expert opinion is done via checkboxes and variables. In both forms of the flexi tasks, there are the same checkboxes (var_reviewer_1 and var_reviewer_2).
At the end of the parallel task an evaluation is done, to which experts the request review is sent.
However I am facing the problem, that if the first board member ticks var_reviewer_1 and the second board member ticks var_reviewer_2, only the second one is taken into account. So the checkbox variables are always being overwritten by the board member, that finishes his flexi-task as last.
Is there a possibility to change the value of the checkbox variables after submitting the form only if the checkboxes are ticked?
