Validation of several people picker fields

Hi all,
I´ve three people picker fiedls in my form. PP3 should only be valid, if the input are exits in PP1 or PP2.

Any ideas?

sorry for beeing so unspecific.

For example:

People Picker 1 Field includes : User1, User2

People Picker 2 Field includes: User3

The PP3 field should now only be valid, if it includes User1, User2 or User3. User4 e.g. should not be possible.
