Using Environment Values in Escalation Rules

+4What is it you're trying to do that you can't? I've got a String Table variable value that I have set in the Days field of an escalation which seems to work...could it be incompatible data types you're trying to use?
+4I'm trying to drag and drop an environment field into one of the escalation rule actions (i.e. escalate after X hours). X cannot come form a environment field or a XML field. I can only drop a datafield in there or hardcode a value.
In other words, the only way to make this configurable is to drop into code.

+6That is interesting - I can definately drop an xml field in there no problems, but also can not drop an environment variable in, but I think it might have something to do with the fact that you can not specify them as number format.
