Using a person or group field to set permissions

Hi,

1- I created a field named "Users" of type People and Groups

2-I Opened Set item Permissions action in the Workflow

3-I clicked on the image next to Users to select People/Group and selected "Users" field from Item Properties

4-Here we go

Unfortunately you missed the point that my field allows multiple values, not one person only as in your example. If you have multiple values set, it doesn't work.

2-Field Value (2 persons)

3-Workflow Action 

4-Item permission is set to Read for "Dima"!!!
