Symptoms
Not able to see users in License Management > Licensed Users.
Diagnoses
Unable to see all users that are licensed within K2 only the Main user was displayed.
It was seen that the were more users that were using K2.
Resolution
To see the users in the Licensed Users page and to see all of them reflected on the page, execute the following query.
Update [K2].[HostServer].[SecurityCredentialCache]
Set [PasswordCached] = 1
