I'm trying to you UserProfileLookup function in a Nintex mobile forms and it always showing ERROR in teh form. I have verified the ULS logs and no entry on that. Is this function supported in Nintex Mobile?

yes, this is supported for Nintex Mobile. What version of Nintex/sharepoint do you have? Are you able to submit items using the app?
