Symptoms


After adding an user in Authorization Rules for K2 Designer as shown in http://help.k2.com/KB001309_, the user that was added was unable to access K2 Designer.
 

Diagnoses


Open the web.config for your K2 Designer site and check if the portion looks something like:






 

Resolution

The portion should look something like the following instead of the above.
