In an email, I would like to use Sharepoint Server environment field that I have setup , however I am unable to drag this onto the email.
Is there any way of adding these environment variables to an email?
I have been able to successfully add a field that is defined in the "Miscellaneous Fields" category, however I can't add the url of my sharepoint server.

Same here - what you could try is to add custom field in the miscellaneous category and assign the value of the Sharepoint Server environment to the custom field in a Default Server Event (Code) just before the Mail Event
+9hi DummyDumb, thanks for the response - that was the only way I could think of to achieve it as well - just thought I may have been missing something - it seems really strange that you can't use these values. This would have to be a bug wouldn't it? I can't think of any reason why you couldn't use these url values in an email?
