Use a ShareMail box from a choice list to be use in the send notification of the wf

I've been tried to use a shareMail box adress from a choice list (from my forms) to be use in the send notification of the work flow.. but it just doesn't work. I tried a lot a of ways :(

Does someone got to do it?
