urgent-How to keep copy mail to a sharepoint group in esclation process

If I kept a copy mail to a SharePoint group in esclation process, I am getting the error "The email address, Null or Empty, does not meet the requirements". please help on this.

    Hi All,


    I got another solution with the following approach.


    - Go to Context browser and select your site groups


    - drag and drop required group
