Symptoms

I downloaded "Upload Excel Data to a SmartObject" component from "http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/Excel-Import-Service-Broker/ba-p/65814"

After configuration I am getting following error when I am executing "Upload Excel Data to a SmartObject" method of Excel Import Service:

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Invalid length for a Base-64 char array or string.

I followed the same step as mentioned in the downloaded documents.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

maybe there is an error in the use of this component not the component itself.
