I have inherited a workflow. It is currently set up with three Request Approval controls. My question is if I can update the workflow by changing the Request Approval control to an Assign Flexi task control. Then copy all the other controls under the original Request Approval control to the Flexi task.
By adding the Flexi task I am trying to add a third option for the approver to be able to request information form the submitter before they approve the form vs just having the workflow stop.
My objective is to insert a State Machine control to help me move the form from the approver to the submitter then back to the next approver.
Any advice or recommendation would be greatly appreciated
