Diagnoses
The k2 process has two paths, determined by the name of the document, to take. Both path will execute the Copy Document activity, which contains an event to copy the document and a update document properties event. However, the Update Document Properties event failed on one path but not the other. Tried go to activity to re-execute the failed activity but it didn't help. Tried separating the two events into separate activity.
Resolution
Separating the Copy Document event and the Update Document Properties in be in their own activity seems to fixed the issue.
