Unauthorized to call webservice - Nintex online

Hi, I have 3 site collection with the same lists "ProjectsList". I did an export import workflow that calls a webservice webservice. On the source website it works very well, but in the two others I have an "Unauthorized" error in the log.

I gave permission to the app, the user is an administrator of the site collection and I still get the error, any ideas please?
