Unable to view Nintex Workflow 2013 menu->Task Delegation option

I'm using Nintex 2013.

I have enabled: Allow long-term delegation in Central Administration --> Nintex workflow Management --> Global Settings.

I need to use Task Delegation functionality.but I'm unable to find that option under Click on my name at the top right of the screen.

I have 2 web applications in my farm, this feature is available in 1 web application but not in the other.

hello,

is the Nintex workflow feature enabled on the other web app?

if you cant see any option for Nintex in the other webapp, make sure that Nintex solution is deployed globally or at least to both webapps.

I have not deployed the Nintex Workflow 2013 solution on a particular web application. Later when I tried deploying the solution globally, I'm done.
