Symptoms


Unable to upgrade license. Missing permissions in database after doing a license upgrade. The Forms schema is lacking rights for the Service account.
 

Diagnoses



After some troubleshooting the schema Forms was missing rights on the grant select to the k2 Service and Administrator of K2 accounts.

 

Resolution



We granted them Select on the forms Schema and that resolved the issue. We were not able to reproduce the issue on our side.
