Unable to select an option from a choice of 3 at the FlexiTask approval

Hello

 

I am using SP2016 on-premise and Assigned FlexiTask Approval function.
Within FlexiTask I have created 3 options: Reject | Approve | Review

Now, for some reason when it gets to the Manager for approva, he/she is unable to select Approve or Review apart from Reject.  I have looked via F12 in FireFox and this is what I have noticed:

I mean, the <div> highlited is not even visiable in the form!!
There is the DIV for the 3 options and the DIV for the delegate the task ...

 

I am confused to why this is happening now??

In mean time I have disabled the "resizble" option within the approval section.

 

Any ideas?

Updated: since a user asked a few questions but then deleted the comment!


- I am using the classic View (see pictures)
- It does work fine in preview mode
- There are no scripts behind it

 

It always worked before when there had been 2 outcomes and now there are 3. This method is used for three approval stages (Manager, Exec, MD) and it works with the Manager approval, so why does it not work with the executives .??? Yes, all three have identical theme.

 

What I have done now .... inserted a Panel and put the Decision and Delegation inside.

Aslo created another panel for the note, comment, submit, cancel button.


I have left spaces between the Panels.

 

Again, this was never an issue ... and was never aware that the panels or the fields cannot touch each other. PS: I never had any fields overlapping as I try to make a constant good looking theme :)

    I'd say panel for delegate control overlaps decision control.

     

    place decision control into its own panel and make sure panels do not overlaps nor touches in design.

    Really?
    In my case the panels do touch each other but do not overlap.
    See pictures attached.

    1) Outcome
    2) Delegation task
    3) Description
    4) Note
    5) Page Viewer

    This never was an issue ... I do use same approval model for all management.

    It works for a manager to approve but then the executive has the issue ...

     

    Why does it work for one but not for another, is a puzzel.

    UPDATE

    Should I use a Panel and then insert the Decision and Delegate inside of the panel, see _v3 image.

    in designer panels/controls might look they just touches, but if you looked directly et form definition it may happen they overlaps by few pixels. and if they overlaps nintex might have problems to render them correctly.

     

    Why does it work for one but not for another, is a puzzel.

     

    I guess they are two different task actions and so two different forms. so they may have a bit different design.

    eg. decision control may be over the description in one form and vice versa in the other.

    hmmmm if I only knew that from day one :)
    Well, I have a habit of creating a good user interface as well as look nice in design view.

     

    So yeh, most of the fields / panels do touch each other but never overlap.
    I went a long and changed the approval design and left a gap between the panels.

     

    As to your assumption that one design could be different etc.
    No that is not the case because when I finalise a design, I then save it as use it elsewhere.

    So, why it works for one and not for another (with the same design temp) is yet a puzzle lol
    Never the less ... I shall keep an eye on the new requests with the latest changes :)
