Guidance on installing Oracle Service instance. We are also getting the following error message when navigating to K2 Workspace.

Resolution
The issue was related to the 64 bit SQL Express....that installed wrong Oracle.Web dll (2.1112.2.0 AMD64). Uninstalling the 64bit SQL Express and reinstalling the Oracle ODAC component to resolved the issue. See compatibility matrix regarding support MS SQL servers.
