Unable to pull Organizational Unit data using the Smart Object Method" GetOrganizationalUnitUsers"
 

Diagnoses

We are using smart object to pull data from AD group X from Smart Object Method" GetOrganizationalUnitUsers". The method executes but does not return any items. We are able to use other AD methods like "GetUsers". The services account has read permission on AD group.
 

Resolution

The group was inside a different Organizational Unit. Pointing to the correct Organizational Unit tree pulled the right information.
