Symptoms

I have a plain IP form template with no code-behind that I deployed to SharePoint 2007 Form Library. It is web browser enabled. I was able to open the Form in a browser. As soon as I created a process (using K2 Designer for SharePoint 2007) and deployed it. The IP form is no longer opening using IE. I have double-checked that the settings are intact.
 

Diagnoses

The issue seems to be with the missing ‘/’ at the end of the site collection URL for each of the K2 Data Connection in the InfoPath manifest file.
 

Resolution

Customer was able to resolve the issue after adding the ‘/’ at the end of the site collection URL for each of the K2 Data Connection in the InfoPath manifest file as follow:
siteCollection=”http://Your Site/sites/Portal/”
