Unable to nest validation conditions with other conditions.
Diagnoses
The rule editor only allows for logical 'and' relationships with closely positioned conditions.
Resolution
A workaround involves putting conditional logic in an "Unbound Rule", and then calling that rule with the "Execute Another Rule" action. One can call these actions under a single Validation condition, without the need to duplicate it.
