Symptoms
On form load, an error pops up with the following message:
Unable to find assembly "SourceCode.Forms.Runtime.Common, Version = ..."
Diagnoses
The "SourceCode.Forms.Runtime.Common" assembly was missing from the GAC on the K2 server
Resolution
1. Navigate to your K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin folder
2. Locate "SourceCode.Forms.Runtime.Common.dll"
3. Drag and Drop it into the GAC
4. Restart the K2 blackpearl server service.
