Unable to edit Flexi task Nintex Workflow

I am trying to edit the Nintex form but I am receiving the below error,

Note: I tried to deactivate and activate the "Nintex Forms for Nintex Workflow" under Site Collection Feartue but it did not work.

    I would suggest to export the Nintex Workflow and then import the .NWF file again to the same list. In some cases, this ensures the 'Edit form' feature to be working as expected.
