Symptoms

I upgraded the K2 Blackpearl 4.6.4 to K2 Blackpearl 4.6.6. After that, it redirected us to a K2 for SharePoint Configuration Wizard. However, at the K2 for SharePoint Configuration Wizard, the solutions cannot be deployed, as clicking 'Next' to deploy the solutions keeps looping us back to the same screen. I already run the K2 repair but it doesn't solve the problem.

Resolution

1. Go to Central Administration andgt System Settings andgt Manage Farm Solutions, and retract all the K2 solutions that were shown on your K2 for SharePoint Configuration Wizard 2. Use stsadm command to remove the retracted solutions from your SharePoint farm. You can also remove the retracted solutions from Central Administration andgt System Settings andgt Manage Farm Solutions. 3. Run K2 blackpearl Setup Manager, and select the Configure option 4. Once the configuration is done, proceed to launch the K2 for SharePoint Configuration Wizard 5. Follow the instructions on the wizard to deploy the K2 solutions again 6. After successfully deployment, check if you are able to activate K2 features from Central Administration
