Symptoms
Form is referencing the 'Parameter with Name: _state' property on the Form that could not be found
Diagnoses
This was traced on a view on the form which uses the 'Navigate to another Form' action. Using 'Navigate to URL' works.
Resolution
A coldfix resolved this issue. Please log a ticket to K2 Support to request for the fix.
