Unable to connect to meridio51 on port 5252
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I get constantly the same mistake when I want to open the workspace. With the command netstat do not see at all ports 5555 and 5252.

In the log file says to me that there is a problem with authentication.

K2 server runs domain account. Account is the domain administrator and local administrator. I still can not open the workspace.

I do not know what more can I do?

The K2 server thread doesn't sound like it is running. You should probably turn on file logging and check the trace for errors.  See below for options on logging.

  1. Open "C:Program FilesK2 blackpearlHost ServerBinHostServerLogging.config"
  2. Scroll down to the section titled "ApplicationLevelLogSettings"
For the FileExtension option, Set Active to True.  Set LogLevel to All.

  3. Start the K2 server service.  The trace should be in the same folder under a name HostServerXXXX.log where XXXX is the datetime stamp.

I solved the problem!
Should deistall k2 and reinstall under the domain account. Now everything works normally.
