Symptoms

Unable to attach files using File Attachment Control after upgrade to 4.6.11. The following errors present in K2 host server log:

The Isolated storage exception: Unable to create mutex. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131464)

The Isolated storage exception: at System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageFile.Open(String infoFile, String syncName)
at System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageFile.Reserve(UInt64 lReserve)
at System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageFile.CreateDirectory(String dir)
at SourceCode.Forms.AppFramework.FileUtility.GetIsolatedPath(IsolatedStorageFile isolatedStore, String path)
 

Diagnoses

This is known issue in K2 4.6.11 which is addressed in latest SF rollup for K2 4.6.11 available upon request from K2 support.
