Symptoms

I have upgraded the version 4.6.9 to 4.6.11, after the upgrade, there is an issue with downloading the attachments contains the name in (single Quote ').
For example the attachment name contains mail'name.txt. I cannot able to download the attachment.And it shows the blank page in IE browser. I tried the same in Mozilla browser and it shows error message as in the attached screenshot.

The issue occurred only in the projects which are created before the 4.6.11 upgrade. In the projects created after the upgrade 4.6.11, there are no issues with the attachments.

Resolution

Apply latest SmartForms 4.6.11 rollup patch. Please contact K2 Support to obtain the patch.
