UDAs missing from Central Admin Manage User Defined Actions

I have three in number user defined actions that I know I have:

  1. created at site level
  2. promoted to site collection
  3. exported and imported as farm level UDAs

I can see the UDAs in any site > manage UDAs and they show as farm level:

And when in central admin, I can manage the permissions to them:

but I cannot see them in central admin > manage user defined actions?

literally driving me insane - anyone ever seen this before?

    Erm...  (cough cough) I have been really really really silly.  sad.png

    I changed the permissions on the UDAs so that only a limited few users could use them.  I did not add the account I use for central admin access (hence I couldn't see them).

    Doh!
