I need your valuable help and tips.
I'm developing a workflow that, if not approved in 10 business days, three flexi tasks, must be completed automatically.
Also these 3 flexi tasks also have escalations .. the tasks must be escalated to the head of the approver in case of being due.
How could I implement this?
Flexi tasks only have one type of scaling at a time:
Delegate the task to the approver's manager OR Complete the task after 10 days, but not both.
