i'm creating an approval workflow where a training request goes to the manager and budget cooridnator at the same time.
- I added a flexi task and made (referenced the item via lookup) the manager and budget coordinator both assignees
- I checked off create individual tasks for all members
- Clicked must agree on a particular outcome "approve"(I added the "other" branch )
When I test it out (with my name added to the form as both manager and budget approver) only 1 task gets assigned and only 1 notification. I tried playing around with set variable by making budget approver display as an email address. This worked to send out 2 notification but when I clicked on the link (in the second email) to go to the task it said " I dont have permission to approve/reject"
Any advice is appreciated
