Trying to remove a user from a SharePoint document library folder

I'm using the SharePoint User Management Event Wizard.

I chose "SharePoint Folder" under "Remove SharePoint Users and Groups"

I selected my site, list and folder.

I then chose my 2 groups using the "Browse" buttons.

When the workflow executes, I get this:

Server was unable to process request. ---> An Exception occurred attempting to bind the supplied SharePoint User/Group: MySharePointGroup

Does the K2 service account have enough permissions on the sharepoint site?
