K2.net 2003 Studio must reside on the same machine as the Blackpearl development tools. Does it exist?
If not, install K2.net 2003 Studio (SP 4), then run the Blackpearl Configuration Manager so it registers the K2.net 2003 wizards in Visual Studio, then try again.
Please note, that K2.net 2003 Interop and Conversion is still consider Beta.
