Trouble column get no value a zero (number field)

What do you mean by validation?  Do you have validation rules for that control?

Is the field in the list item getting set to 0 when you submit the form?

Are you able to reproduce this with a form and list that you could potentially export (the form) and save the list as a template and share it here?  It might be easier to look into the cause of this.

what i mean by validation " save form" yes i have validation rules.
