I'd guess that perhaps your details have already been registered with Nintex and a trial given perhaps?

I'm not sure, and don't work for Nintex, maybe someone else on here can help, but I would suggest that in this event, the best thing to do is to contact them, if you explain your situation they should be able to help you.

Whilst this is a Nintex forum, I doubt you'll be able to conduct any commercial business here.
