To retrieve a SPListItem and check with a condition in SPListItem Event Wizard

HI All,I have a task that i have to retrive a SPListItem and check with a condition in Sharepoint ListItem Event Wizard in K2 Designer for VS. Where can i write the condition(Code) to check with a particular SpList Item.
