Timeout when publishing K2 Connect Service Object
Diagnoses
Development VM did not have K2 Connect set to use the K2 server as default instance. So it was trying to publish the Service Object to the local machine instead of the K2 server
Resolution
Set Dev VM to use K2 Server as default instance.
