Symptoms


Timeout issue when creating Salesforce service instance. Customer gets the attached error whenever they run a Salesforce integration tool.
"The operation has timed out"
 

Diagnoses


The issue was cause by missing '' at the end of the sdkinstallrootv2.0 registry key.
 

Resolution

Adding the '' at the end of the registry key allow the Service instance to be generated successfully.
