There is no web named "/Blackpearl" when try to access K2 Web Designer

I got an error when trying to access K2 Web Designer from WSS. The error message is, "There is no web named '/Blackpearl'", any solution?

The path for my WSS access to BlackPearl is http://wss/blackpearl

Just found out that I can launch the K2 Web Designer in root WSS site without any problem.
