I just did a new install of nintex workflow 2013, in a SharePoint 2013 farm. I deployed the solution to all content web applications, and configured database mappings basically followed the documentation. when I go into the site collections and activate nintex, I am not getting any nintex menus in the site collection settings or in the workflow drop down, to create workflows in lists or libraries.

Have you activated both the site collection features and the site features for Nintex workflow?

+1actually i forgot that you also need to activate the site feature not only the site collection feature. that was my issue. thank you!
+2In our case we have new web application and Nintex menu became available after deploying Nintexworkflow2013.wsp to newly created web application.
