Symptoms
Installing client components in Client PC failed with the following error:-
The installer has detected that another installation process is running. Wait for the installation process to complete
Diagnoses
Found that there are background program running updates
Resolution
Killing one of the background program update process allows the installation of K2 blackpearl to continue.
