Hi - I see this question has been asked before but not answered 
Can anyone explain to me how I can find the Template ID for a workflow? Is there a template ID for a form?

Try this. Go to Site Setting, and then under Nintex Workflow, select "Workflow Templates"...
Next select the template you want an ID for...
Then, in the subsequent page, the TemplateID can be found in the URL...
