This might sound silly... and I might be just tired that I can't figure it out.. 

But I simply want to display a link on my form to direct to the workflow tasks page? How do I do that? I understand that this should be coming from the workflow, so I need to set a SLT field on my list and assign that a value through the workflow then place that field on the form, but how do I get that URL dynamically?
