Symptoms
A workflow was configured where users are notified one at a time. But after the first user approves, the task completes without sending the task to the other users in the same Task Group.

Resolution
To accomplish this functionality the following will need to be considered:
a. The "One at a time" option is checked during Client Event configuration
b. The Step Outcome will need to be configured such that all or more participants will need to action before proceeding.
